摘要
新时期,随着高职院校的快速发展和不断扩招,许多新情况、新问题、新矛盾都给学院的安全稳定工作带来了新的挑战。为此,对校园安全管理模式、安全管理机制、安全管理文化、安全管理队伍建设等方面提出了对策,以便为切实做好高校的安全稳定工作,促进高职院校可持续发展提供理论依据。
In the newera, with the rapid development and continuous expansion of higher vocational colleges, many new situations, new problems, and new contradictions have brought new challenges to the security and stability work in colleges and universities. This paper puts forw ard counterm easures in terms of the security management mode, mechanism , and culture and staff construction, in order to do a good job of security and stability in colleges and universities, and provides the theoretical basis for prom oting the sustainable developm ent of higher vocational colleges.
