摘要
为解决传统二维GIS系统在交通气象信息服务中无法满足现实多维气象环境的需求及气象服务产品表现效果不佳等问题,设计并研制基于三维地理信息系统World Wind的交通气象信息共享系统。采用GeoServer搭建了WMS地图服务,使用SketchUP建模工具完成重点结构物的模型加工,分析交通气象信息共享系统的体系结构、功能模块和数据库总体架构,构建一种基于二级缓存的数据访问机制,阐述气象要素道路拼图反演算法;在此基础上,对交通气象信息共享产品进行集成和综合应用。信息共享应用实例结果表明,该系统具有较好的三维效果和实用性。
There are several deficiencies exist in the traditional two-dimensional GIS system for transportation meteorological information service, which are the insufficiencies of meeting the multi-dimensional meteorological environment requirement and providing qualified products. To solve these shortages, the transportation meteorological information service system based on three-dimensional GIS World Wind was designed and developed. The WMS map service was built by the GeoServer, and the key structures of the model were processed by the modeling tool SketchUP. The overall architecture of the database, the framework and functional modules of the transportation meteorological information system were analyzed. Moreover, a data access mechanism based on secondary cache was built and meteorological elements road inversion algorithm was described. Based on these, the integration and integrated application of the transportation meteorological information were finally realized, Examples of information sharing application show that this system specializes in 3D performance and is practicable.
