摘要
目的分析一起食物中毒原因。方法依照《食物中毒诊断及技术处理总则》,实施流行病学调查及实验室检测可疑食物、患者呕吐物。结果在面粉、饺子皮、洗胃液中检出有机磷成分。结论本次中毒事件是由误食有机磷农药污染面粉所引起的食物中毒。
Objective to analyze the causes of a food poisoning. Methods to apply epidemiological investigation and laboratory testing on the suspicious foods and patients vomit according to the general principles of food poisoning diagnosis and technical solusions. Results positive detection of organophosphorus compounds in the flour, the dumpling wrappers and the gastric juice from the patient. Conclusions the poisoning incident is indeed caused by intaking of organophosphorus compounds in the flour food polluted by pesticide.
