摘要
许多应用中要求单相无刷直流电动机具有良好的双向运行性能。相对于多相无刷直流电动机,单相无刷直流电动机的双向起动比较困难。为了研究不同气隙结构对单相永磁无刷直流电动机双向起动性能的影响,首先研究了常用的渐变式气隙结构的单相无刷直流电动机的双向起动性能,并对电动机的定子结构进行改进,研究了薄端倾斜的渐变式气隙结构单相无刷直流电动机的双向运行起动性能。仿真和实验证明薄端倾斜的渐变式气隙结构单相无刷直流电动机具有更优越的双向起动性能。
The excellent bidirectional operational performance of single phase brushless DC motor( SPBLDCM) is necessary in many applications. The bidirectional starting capability of SPBLDCM is worse compared to multiphase brushless DC motor( BLDCM). Firstly,the bidirectional capability of a existing SPBLDCM with a tapered air gap structure was researched. Then,the stator structure of motor was improved,There is a dip angle on the stator thin end,the bidirectional starting capability of SPBLDCM with a improved tapered air gap structure was researched. Simulation and test validate that the SPBLDCM with a improved air gap structure have a better starting capability.
