脂质相关miRNA研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 脂质代谢在人体生命活动中发挥重要作用,脂质稳态失调严重危害人类健康。MicroRNA(miRNA)是一类在转录后水平调控基因的非编码、短链RNA,其功能涉及多种生物学过程。多种miRNA参与调节脂质合成、分解及转运等过程,并在血脂异常患者中表达量发生变化,在脂质代谢相关疾病中发挥重要作用。本文综述近年来脂质相关miRNA的研究进展。
