摘要
互联网时代,网络使信息交流快速、方便、形态多样,改变了人们的生活方式和思维方式。网络的发展,促使网络问政的产生和方式的丰富,政务微信作为一种新的社会管理和服务新媒介也应运而生。它以前所未有的优势为政府信息公开提供了新平台,让公众获取信息更加方便快捷;为问政开创了新的途径,让"民"与"官"的沟通与互动渠道更畅通;与此,政务微信信息传递的即时性和准确性,能有效缓解网络负面舆论的影响;它可以承载多种信息,传递内容丰富,成为传播通道的新桥梁。政务微信毕竟刚刚兴起不久,仍存在对其重视力度不够、定位不准、管理制度不成熟及缺乏有效的技术开发和团队支持等问题。为了让政务微信在社会管理和服务中的作用更大,政务微信需要从发展战略、领导层次、内容与定位、条件保障、管理运营等角度,进行提升和改善,使政务微信健康发展。
In the Internet age, the network technology that makes the exchange of informationconvenient, fast and diversified in morphology have changed people‘s life and thinking style. With thedevelopment of network, people can join in politics and the way is rich enough, for example, the governmentmicro-message was born at the right time as a new medium of social management and service. It hasprovided a new platform for government information disclosure and the public can access to information moreconveniently. It provides a new and smooth way for the government to make the communication andinteraction between the peopleand the official. The government micro-message can transfer informationtimely and accurately, so it can alleviate the negative influence of network. It can carry a variety ofinformation, transfer a lot of content and become a bridge for communication. However, the governmentmicro-message is just a beginning after all; there are still lots of problems, such as insufficient attention,inaccurate positioning, immature management, lack of effective technology development and team support,etc. In order to make the government micro-message a major role in social management, people should focuson the development strategy, leadership level, content, location, conditional guarantee and management ofgovernment micro -message. In such a way, people can get rid of the difficult position and make thegovernment micro-message develop healthily.
