摘要
世界许多国家都非常重视对海洋的开发利用。随着海洋高新技术的进步,人类对海洋的开发利用和保护范围将不断扩大。海洋经济正在并将继续成为许多国家经济新的增长点。我国已把发展海洋经济上升到国家战略的高度。阳江海洋资源得天独厚,大力发展海洋产业能拉动经济长期快速稳定增长。
A great deal of importance has been attached to the exploitation and utilization of marine resources in many nations throughout the world. As the innovative and high technology develops in the marine industry,humans are also expanding the scope of ocean exploitation, utilization as well as marine protection. In addition,marine economy is being and will continue to be the new economic growth point in many countries. In China,developing marine economy has been elevated to the height of a national strategy. Since the marine resources in the city of Yangjiang are richly endowed by nature,it is evident that by vigorously developing the marine industry,the city will enjoy steady and rapid economic growth.
