摘要
该文在对EDUCAUSE发布的2014年高等教育信息化十大议题进行解读的基础上发现:历经三十年的建设与发展,利用信息技术推进教学创新已经成为行政管理信息化之后高等教育信息化发展新的主旋律。而如何为信息技术支持的教学创新提供制度保障则是我们当前面临的关键挑战。为持续推进信息技术支持下的大学教学创新,未来我们需要在变革管理的过程中保持创新与继承的微妙平衡,鼓励信息消费推动信息技术教育应用的民主化,充分利用学习分析技术为教学创新提供经验支持。
Based on the report of Top Ten IT Issues from EDUCAUSE, the authors explore the trends of information technology in higher education and the future of collegiate teaching and learning innovation. They argue that, after the great efforts during the past three decades, teaching and learning innovation with information technology has been the mainstream for IT in higher education. In this case, how to establish the new institutions for teaching and learning innovation is the priority. In order to facilitate teaching and learning with technology, we need to keep balance between the innovation and inheritance in the process of change management, encourage the consumption of information and promote the democratization of IT use through Bring Your Own Device, and provide the evidence to teaching and learning innovation through the practice of learning analytics.
