摘要
显微外科技术的出现,被认为是在外科发展史上的一次有深远意义的变革。在口腔颌面部组织缺损整复史上,被认为是继皮管整复术及轴型皮瓣后出现的第三次飞跃。应用显微外科技术,能使以往无法解决的大型缺损一次性修复成功。血管吻合是显微外科的基石,血管吻合的质量关系到整个手术的成败。血管吻合有缝合法、机械法、粘接法、激光法、高频电凝法等多种技术,而传统的端-端间断缝合技术仍然是目前临床上应用最多的血管吻合方式,血管吻合器也已在临床上广泛应用。
The emergence of microsurgical technique is considered to be a far-reaching change in sur gical history, and is viewed as the third leap in the history of reconstruction of oral and maxillofacial tissue defect following skin grafting and axial skin flap. With the application of microsurgical tech nique, the largescale defect can be reconstructed once and for all. Vessel anastomosis is the foundation of microsurgery, which determines the success of the whole surgery, and it concludes such techniques as suture, mechanical method, bonding, laser and high frequency electrocoagulation. However, the traditional interrupted circular suture is clinically the most frequently used method of vessel anastomosis currently. Besides, vessel anastomat has already been clinically widely used.
