摘要
建立"2+1"防范肿瘤化学治疗患者药物外渗的护理质量管理模式,主要内容包括修改完善科室行政管理制度和技术操作规范,编写以科室静脉治疗特色为内容的护理文案,强化与细化流程管理。主要工作包括建立防范化学治疗药物外渗动态评估制度、防范化学治疗药物外渗警示标示制度、防范化学治疗药物外渗护理预警制度、防范化学治疗药物外渗管理流程、化学治疗药物外渗应急处置流程。完善制度和流程是防范化学治疗药物外渗的有力保证,加强技术操作规范是防范化学治疗药物外渗的关键,增强安全意识是防范化学治疗药物外渗的保障。
The authors established the ＂2 ＋ 1＂ nursing quality management model for the prevention of drug extravasation for cancer patients with chemotherapy, the main contents of which were： improving administrative management system and revising technical operation rules, compiling nursing documents on vein treatment, and strengthening process management and details management. The main work included the establishment of dynamic evaluation system, warning marking system, early warning system, management process for the prevention of the chemotherapeutic drugs extravasation and emergency disposal process for the chemotherapeutic drugs extravasation. Perfecting the system and process is a guarantee, strengthening the technical operation specifications is the key and enhancing the safety awareness is the guarantee to prevent extravasation of chemotherapeutic drugs.
