摘要
通过实地调研、统计调查和理论研究,探索性构建了供电客户服务的顶层管理模型,初步提出供电客户服务体系管理框架。本研究成果突破性地引入PDCA(Plan-Do-Check-Action)循环管理方法论,对于供电服务工作的开展有一定的指导作用,对于通用服务也有一定的借鉴意义。
