摘要
文章介绍了以中海油某轻脱沥青油为原料,通过糠醛精制工艺生产环保橡胶油及高芳烃环保橡胶油的研究,文中探讨了工艺条件对产品性质的影响。结果表明,通过糠醛一次抽提工艺可得到CA值12.0%左右的环保橡胶油,通过糠醛两次抽提工艺可以得到CA值18.0%以上的高芳烃环保橡胶油,且CA值最高可达25.7%,达到国内外先进水平。
The paper introduced the research on environmental friendly rubber oils and high CA ones, through the process of furfural refining, taking the light deasphalted oil as raw material, and illustrated the impact of parameters on product properties. The research showed that the CA value of the product reached around 12.0 % through once furfural extraction process, and that of the high CA environmental friendly rubber oils achieved more than 18.0 %, and the CA value even attained 25.7 % through the twice furfural refining process. The products and the process reached the advanced level in domestic and abroad.
