摘要
封闭式创新的局限性在由知识员工流动性增强、风险投资兴起以及创新成果所面临的外部选择增加等侵蚀性因素导致的创新环境变化下逐渐显现,开放式创新日益成为创新管理领Ⅱ的主导范式和前沿议题。学者们对其研究也Ⅹ加深刻,然而忽略了它的哲学基础。因此,通过对开放式创新的"人—组织—行为"三个维度的分析,发现开放式创新的哲学基础蕴含着诸多后现代思想:员工和用户以参与创新的方式来展现自身的存在,建立心智与身体的统一;网络组织体现了后现代思想的"块茎"思维和知识、权力分散的特征;共同创造不仅是多元性思维的体现,而且是后现代哲学家所倡导的合作行为。
The limitations of closed innovation are revealed gradually in the new innovation environment , so open innovation is increasinglybecoming the dominant paradigm and cutting-edge topic of innovation management. By analyzing the three dimensions , "person-organizationaction",of open innovation, we found that the philosophy basis of open innovation contains much postmodern thought: staff and clients show theirpresence through participating in innovation, thus establish the unity of mind and body; network organizations reflect the "rhizome" thought andthe knowledge and power decentralization characteristics; co -creation is not only the embodiment of diversity thought , but also a cooperativebehavior which has been advocated by the postmodern philosophers. This study not only is advantageous to comprehend and expand openinnovation, but also is significant to enterprises' management practice.
