连铸钢包长水口机械手改造

摘要 针对特钢公司三区生产的钢坯对有害气体的含量未能控制在理想范围内的问题,通过过对各个工位的采样分析,发现有害气体只有在连铸中间包取试样时有明显增加。分析出其产生的原因是现有配重式的钢包长水口机械手,不能提供足够的压力将保护套管与滑板机构的水口嘴密封住,造成有害气体混入钢水。通过对现场配种式机械手进行升级改造,有效地控制了钢坯内有害气体的含量,提高了工作效率。 Aiming at the problem that the content of harmful gases in bloom was not controlled withina satisfactory range, samples were taken at all working positions and analyzed at Area 3 of Special SteelCompany. It was found that harmful gases only increased obviously during sampling at tundish. Analysiswas made and found the cause was counterweight type ladle shroud manipulator, which could not supplyenough pressure to provide sealing between protection tube and slide gate nozzle and caused harmfulgases to mix with liquid steel. After the existing manipulator was upgraded and modified, the content ofharmful gases in bloom was effectively controlled and working efficiency improved.
