基于LabVIEW的幅相监控板自动测试系统

摘要 为了提高幅相监控板的测量精度,简化操作步骤,提高测试效率,提出了以自动测试代替手工操作的方法。文章介绍了以LabVIEW为上位机,用信号源、矢量网络分析仪、数字频率合成器(DDS)和幅相监控板等设备搭建的自动测试系统,对被测件进行控制、数据采集、记录,实时及事后数据分析,并验证和判定被测件的测试数据是否满足指标要求。该系统具有用户界面友好,操作简便,设备可靠,准确度高等优点,适合大批量的测试工作。 The method for replacing hand operation with automatic test is proposed for the purpose of improving measurement accuracy of amplitude and phase control board, simplifying operational steps and enhancing test efficiency. The paper introduces the automatic test system that takes IabVIEW as host computer and that combines signal source, vector network analyzer, direct digital synthesizer(DDS) and amplitude and phase control board, which is employed for control, data acquisition, recording, real-time and postmortem analysis of tested devices, then validates and determines whether the test data of tested data meet the parameter requirements. The proposed system features a user-friendly interface, easy operation, reliable equipment, high accuracy, which is holds for a mass of testing efforts.
