摘要
研究了以不同电极宽度的玻璃陶瓷平板传输线所搭建的Blumlein线传输特性。为获得高压快脉冲输出,实验采用了正失配负载以及通过激光二极管触发的高工作场强光导开关。在几种不同电极宽度的平板Blumlein脉冲形成线实验中获得了具有平顶的脉宽9ns的高压脉冲,脉冲幅值可达20kV以上;由于开关偏置电压较低,导致开关内阻变大,输出效率变低。
The transmission character of Blumlein lines constructed by glass-ceramic plate transmission lines with different electrode width is studied.In order to achieve high-voltage fast-pulse output,positive mismatch load and high field strength photoconductive semiconductor switches were used.In the experiments,high voltage pulses with flat top and 9-ns pulse width were obtained,and the pulse amplitude was more than 20kV.Low bias voltage causes high PCSS resistance so that output efficiency becomes low.
