In order to reconstruct coal powder yard within the dyke of Luojing Port District to a general cargo yard, the necessary and feasibility of reconstruction are analyzed. The scale and capacity of this item are stated. The reconstruction plan is introduced in detail. This project could enlarge capacity of Luojing Port District and realize continuous developement of general steel terminal. Meanwhile it could offer reference of construction management and technical preparation for comprehensive utilization of plaster fields.
