摘要
在航天工业厂房、电子工业厂房、机场航站楼等需要有大量空气交换的高大空间洁净场所,大截面风管的应用越来越多,相应的施工技术还在不断地提高与改进。大部分风管是吊装在楼层上部的,但是部分风管需要在竖向空间进行布置,这样才可以和建筑的上部外界通风换气。根据重庆江北机场T3A航站楼大截面风管柱的成功施工经验,介绍一种大口径薄壁异形风管施工技术。根据其组合化施工、质量可靠、施工安全等特点,详细介绍了施工方案、施工准备工作、施工工艺。通过吊点负荷计算、高空分段吊装、高空对接等技术措施,安全快速地完成了施工任务。
In the places of the aerospace industrial plants, electronics factory, airport terminals where a large number of air exchange is needed, the application of large section wind column is increasing and the relevant construction technology is constantly improving as well. Most of the wind ducts are lifted on the upper floor, but some of them are used to be arranged in the vertical space so that it is able to exchange air with outside for ventilation. This paper introduces a kind of large-diameter thin-walled abnormal wind column construction technology according to the successful construction experience of Chongqing Jiangbei T3A terminal. The construction scheme, preparation work and craft are introduced in detail according to its characteristics of combined process, reliable quality and safety control. The task was completed safely and quickly through the technical measures of lifting point load calculation, high altitude subsection hoisting and docking technology.
