摘要
目的 分析预激综合征合并快速室上性心律失常的诊治方法.方法 对我院2008～2013年收治的50例预激综合征合并快速室上性心律失常患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果 61例次阵发性室上性心动过速中显效43例,有效5例,总有效率为78.7％ （48/61）;25例次阵发性快速房颤中显效11例,有效11例,总有效率为88.0％（22/25）.两种类型患者临床治疗的总有效率差异不显著（P＞0.05）;50例患者用药后血压下降1例,占2％,给予常规输液治疗后血压恢复正常.结论 颅痛定治疗预激综合征合并快速室上性心律失常安全有效.
Objective To analyze the diagnosis and treatment methods of WPW syndrome combined with rapid ventricular arrhythmias. Methods The clinical data of 50 cases of WPW syndrome combined with rapid ventricular arrhythmia patients in our hospital from 2008 to 2013 were retrospectively analyzed. Results Among the 61 cases of secondary paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia times patients, 43 cases were markedly effective, 5 cases effective, the total effective rate was 78.7% （48/61）; among the 25 cases of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation times patients, 11 cases were markedly effective, 11 cases effective, the total effective rate was 88.0% （22/25）. The clinical treatment efficiency dif- ferences between the two types was not significant （P〉 0.05） ; among the 50 cases of patients, 1 case drop in blood pressure after treatment, accuppied 2% of the total, after being given infusion treatment, the routine blood pressure returned to normal level. Conclusion Rotundine is safe and effective in the treatment WPW syndrome combined with rapid ventricular arrhythmias.
