摘要
目的探讨针灸配合中药治疗周围性面神经麻痹对患者生活质量的影响。方法选择周围性面神经麻痹患者140例,根据治疗方法的不同分为治疗组与对照组各70例,两组均予针灸治疗,治疗组在此基础上给予归芎牵正汤治疗。结果治疗组与对照组的有效率为91.4%和77.1%,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前House-Brackmann评分与血浆ET值比较差异不明显,治疗后评分明显升高(P<0.05),血浆ET值明显下降(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组的生理状况、医生关系、情感状况和功能状况评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针灸配合中药治疗周围性面神经麻痹能有效提高疗效,改善症状,有利于生活质量的提高,机制在于能够有效降低血浆内皮素含量。
Objective To investigate the quality of life effects of acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine for the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis. Methods A total of 140 patients with peripheral facial paralysis accorded to different treatment methods were equally divided into the treatment group and the control group, two groups were given acupuncture treatment, and the treatment group were added the Guiqiongqianzheng decoction. Results The effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 91.4% and 77.1%, the differences were statistically significant between the two groups （P 〈0.05）. Before the treatment, the House-Brackmann scores and plasma ET values had no significant difference between the two groups, After treatment, the scores were significantly higher （P 〈0. 05）, plasma ET values were significantly decreased, the differences were statistically significant between two groups （P 〈0.05）. The physiological status, doctor relationship, emotional status and functional status scores of the treatment group were sig- nificantly higher than the control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine for the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis can improve efficacy and symptoms , thus it is contributing to improve quality of life that the mechanism may be related to effectively reduce plasma endothelin levels.
