摘要
目的研究针灸联合高压氧治疗突发性耳聋的临床疗效及对血液流变学影响。方法选取针灸联合组114例和对照组100例,对照组采用常规药物治疗,针灸联合组在此基础上采用针灸联合高压氧治疗,比较两组2个疗程治疗效果及血液流变学指标。结果针灸联合组和对照组治疗2个疗程后听力均较治疗前明显提高(P<0.05),第1、2疗程结束针灸联合组听力均显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。针灸联合组和对照组治疗总有效率分别为95.61%和73.00%,针灸联合组治疗效果显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。针灸联合组治疗前后全血高切黏度、全血中切黏度、全血低切黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞压积、红细胞聚集指数、红细胞变形指数均有显著差异(P均<0.05),对照组治疗前后全血高切黏度、全血中切黏度、全血低切黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞压积、红细胞聚集指数、红细胞变形指数均有显著差异(P均<0.05),第1、2疗程结束两组全血高切黏度、全血中切黏度、全血低切黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞压积、红细胞聚集指数、红细胞变形指数比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论针灸联合高压氧治疗突发性耳聋可有效改善患者血液黏度和促进微循环,提高患者听力和治疗效果。
Objective To study the effects of acupuncture and hyperbaric oxygen treatment of sudden deafness on blood rheology and clinical efficacy. Methods A total of 114 cases of acupuncture combined group and 100 cases of control group, control group used conventional drug therapy, acupuncture combined group used acupuncture combined hyper- baric oxygen therapy on this basis, two courses of treatment compared effect and hemorheology of the two groups. Re- sults After acupuncture combined treatment group and the control group compared with the treatment of hearing were significantly increased after two treatment （P〈0.05）, the end of the first and second course ,heared of acupuncture com- bined group were significantly higher than control group （P〈0.01）. Acupuncture combined treatment group and the con- trol group total effective rate respectively were 95.61% and 73.00%, the therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined group were significantly higher （P〈0.01）. High shear whole blood viscosity, shear whole blood viscosity before and after acupuncture treatment combined group, the low shear viscosity of whole blood, plasma viscosity, hematocrit, erythrocyte aggregation index, erythrocyte deformation index changed significantly （P〈0.05）, the control group before and after treatment of whole blood high shear viscosity, shear whole blood viscosity, low shear viscosity of whole blood, plasma viscosity, hematocrit, erythrocyte aggregation index, erythrocyte deformation index changed significantly （P〈0.05） , the first and second treatment the end of the two high shear whole blood viscosity, shear whole blood viscosity, low shear viscosity of whole blood, plasma viscosity, hematocrit, erythrocyte aggregation index, erythrocyte deformation index showed significant differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture and hyperbaric oxygen treatment of sudden deafness can effectively improve the patient＇s blood viscosity and promote micro- circulation, improve listening and patient outcomes.
