变频海水冷却泵在船舶中央冷却系统中的仿真分析

摘要 根据水泵运行的相似性原理,研究分析变频水泵的工作特性,并通过管网流体系统仿真软件Flowmaster的稳态计算及瞬态计算等功能,以某散货船为例,对船舶中央冷却系统中的海水冷却泵进行变频仿真,研究海水冷却泵在船舶中央冷却系统中的运行特性及变频范围。仿真结果为在船舶系统中变频海水冷却泵的选型提供一定的理论基础和参考依据。 Based on the comparability principle of water pump,the running characteristic of variable frequency water pump was studied. Taking a certain bulk carrier as an example ,a dynamic simulation analysis was performed for the variable frequency sea water cooling pump in the central cooling system ,by using the fluid system simulation software “Flowmaster”. The variable frequency characteristic and variable frequency range was studied during the analysis. The simulation results could serve as reference for the theoretical principle and basis for sea water cooling pump model selection.
