摘要
利用苯酚对血红蛋白模拟酶催化H2O2和L-酪氨酸荧光体系的猝灭作用,建立了酶催化荧光法测定痕量苯酚的新方法。研究了该猝灭反应的最佳实验条件,其猝灭程度与苯酚的浓度成线性关系。测定的线性范围为3.0~70μmol/L,检出限为1.64μmol/L。对浓度为15μmol/L的苯酚标准溶液进行了11次平行测定,其相对标准偏差为3.0%。方法可用于环境水样中苯酚含量的测定。
A high sensitive and simple spectrofluorimetric method for the determination of phenol based on its inhibitory effect on the hemoglobin-catalyzing reaction of H202 and L-tyrosine was developed. The concentration of phenol is in linear relationship with the fluorescence quenching (AF) of system under the optimal experimental conditions. The calibration graph is linear in the range from 3.0 to 70 μmoL/L with the detection limit of 1.64 × 10 -6 μmol/L. The relative standard deviation for 11 replicate determination of 15 μmol/L phenol was 3.0%. This method can be used for the determination of phenol in environmental water samples.
