摘要
湖南镇水电站5^#机自投产以来,尾水管压力脉动严重超标,造成补气短管多次损坏和里衬开裂,通过增大轴中心补气和修复短管补气,消除尾水管压力异常脉动,提高机组的设备健康水平,确保了机组的安全运行。
Since the No.5 unit of Hunanzhen Hydropower station put into operation, the pulsant pressure of the draft pipe has been exceeded the design level, causing several times of the ventilate pipe attaint and lining crack. The elimination of the abnormal pulsant pressure is realized by enlargement of axial flux of ventilation and restore the ventilate pipe, which ensure the generating unit safety operation and keeping the equipment in good condition.
