摘要
目的:观察益脾理肠汤治疗慢性结肠炎脾胃虚弱型的临床疗效。方法:70例随机分为治疗组35例和对照组35例,治疗组服益脾理肠汤(自拟),对照组服柳氮磺吡啶肠溶片,治疗4周后观察疗效。结果:总有效率治疗组88.6%、对照组62.9%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益脾理肠汤治疗慢性结肠炎脾胃虚弱型疗效较好。
Objective： To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Supplementing Spleen and Regulating Intestine Decoction on chronic colitis with asthenia of the spleen and the stomach type. Method： 70 cases were divided into 2 groups randomly, 35 cases in the study group while 35 cases in the control group. The study group were treated with self- made Supplementing Spleen and Regulating Intestine Decoction by oral administration while the control group were treated with sulfasalazine colonosoluble capsules. The therapeutic effect was observed after 4 weeks＇ treatment. Result： The total effective rate was 88.6% in the study group and 62.9% in the control group with significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Supplementing Spleen and Regulating Intestine Decoction has good therapeutic effect on chronic colitis with asthenia of the spleen and the stomach type.
