摘要 针对新安矿3832综采工作面围岩变形问题,依据围岩控制机理,结合工作面实况,采用粉煤灰基胶结材料作为充填材料进行沿空留巷巷旁充填工业实验。对工作面巷道围岩进行监测,利用FLAC3D软件模拟围岩变形情况。结果表明:在活化时间0.5 h、活化剂掺量0.1%的材料配比条件下进行实验,试块强度在24 h达到2.42 MPa,可以满足留巷对支护体的要求。现场实测数据和数值模拟结果吻合,为该研究增加了理论依据,也可以为类似矿区沿空留巷巷旁充填材料选取以及充填系统的设计提供借鉴。 This paper introduces a viable response to the deformation of surrounding rock in 3832 fully-mechanized face of Xin' an coal mine. This response approach hinges on the application of the con- trolling mechanism of surrounding rocks, the due consideration of the actual occurrence of working faces and the use of the fly ash-based cementing material as filling material to perform industrial test involving roadside packing for retaining entry along gob-side. The monitoring of gateway surrounding rocks and sim- ulation of surrounding rock deformation using the FLAC3D software show that the presence of activation time of 0.5 h and activator content of 0.1% proportions allows the strength of test block to rise to 2.42 MPa after 24 h, indicating its ability to fulfill the support requirements of retaining entry ; the agreement between the on-site measurements and the numerical simulations contributes not only to increasing the theoretical basis of the research, but also to improving filling material selection and filling system design for retaining entry along gob-side in the coal mines of similar conditions.
