苦草生理生长对太湖底质的响应研究 被引量:3

摘要 调查研究了太湖洞庭东山和洞庭西山之间所在区域(31°4'3''—31°11'39''N,120°18'42''—120°25'48''E)内15个样方中苦草(Vallisneria natans L)的根系活力与干湿比,以及相应样方内的太湖底质氨氮、总氮、总磷与有机质。结果显示,调查区域内苦草的根系活力平均值为(314.93±79.49)mg·(g·h)–1、干湿比平均值为8.17%±2.90%;底质中氨氮、总氮、总磷、有机质平均值分别为(8.13±11.78)mg·kg–1、(1.03±1.07)g·kg–1、(0.55±0.29)g·kg–1、1.86%±2.19%。对苦草根系活力、干湿比与底质氮、磷、有机质之间的关系研究显示,在本次所调查的底质氨氮、总氮、总磷、有机质含量范围内,随着氨氮含量的增加对苦草生长有促进作用;总氮、总磷、有机质含量的增加对苦草生长呈现一定抑制性。 The area of Taihu Dongting Dongting Dongshan and Xishan between (31°4'3"-31°11'39"N,120°18'42"-120°25'48"E) was investigated, and 15 samples (Vallisneria natans L) were collected. Vallisneria root activity, wet dry weight ratio, sediment ammonia nitrogen, total nitrogen, total phosphorus and organic matter were studied. The results showed that Vallisneria root activity was (314.93±79.49) mg·(g·h)-1; wet dry weight ratio was 8.17%±2.90%; the mean values of ammonia nitrogen, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, and organic matter were (8.13±11.78) mg·kg-1, (1.03±1.07) g·kg-1, (0.55±0.29) g·kg-1, and 1.86%±2.19%. The relationship of root activity and dry wet weight ratio of Vallisneria, and sediment nitrogen, phosphorus and organic matter was investigated, and the results showed that the increase of ammonia nitrogen promoted the growth of Vallisneria spiralis, but the increase of total nitrogen, total phosphorus and organic matter inhibited the growth of Vallisneria spiralis.
