摘要
综述了生物表面活性剂的优点、界面活性和水溶液聚集体形成特点、与化学合成表面活性剂混合体系的研究进展,探讨了生物表面活性剂应用于家用洗涤剂的优势及限制因素,提出了解决途径,并对生物表面活性剂在国内家居护理产品中的应用前景进行了展望。
Advantages, interfacial activity and aggregate characteristics of bio-surfactants in aqueous solution were explored and research results on the bio-surfactants and chemical surfactants mixture were summarized. The strengths and limitations of hio-surfactants on their applications in home care detergents were discussed and the suggested solutions were proposed. The application of bio-surfactants in domestic home care products was expected.
