摘要
大连海创国际产业大厦采用钢筋混凝土框架(钢管混凝土叠合柱)+钢筋混凝土核心筒结构体系。介绍工程概况和结构体系及布置,针对结构的超限情况提出了相应的抗震加强措施,并采用SATWE和MIDAS Building软件进行了小震、中震作用下的弹性计算及大震作用下的动力弹塑性分析计算。此外,还阐述了钢管混凝土叠合柱及节点的设计理念。分析结果表明,工程各项计算指标均符合规范要求。
Haichuang International Industrial Building in Dalian adopts structural system of reinforced concrete frame (concrete filled steel tube composite column) and reinforced concrete core wall structure. The project profile, structural system and layouts were introduced. Seismic fortification measures were proposed according to the out-of-code situations of the structure. The software of SATWE and MIDAS Building were used to carry out elastic calculation under the frequent and medium earthquake and dynamic elastic-plastic analysis under the rare earthquake. In addition, the design idea of concrete filled steel tube composite column and nodes were described. The analysis results show that all the calculation results are satisfied with the codes requirements.
