摘要
利用水热法合成了纳米级的Ho,Tm:BaYbF5上转换发光纳米粒子。通过XRD和SEM观察分析,随着pH的升高,逐渐合成BaYbF5纯相,分散性较好。产物具有良好的结晶性,粒径分布均匀。在980nm LD激发下,发射光谱中最强峰位于540nm,对应于Ho3+离子的5S2→5I8的跃迁,并给出了Yb-Tm-Ho的上转换发光机制。尺寸较小的Ho,Tm:BaYbF5上转换发光纳米粒子在生物荧光标记等领域具有潜在的应用价值。
Ho, Tm:BaYbF5 up-conversion nanoparticles were successfully synthesized via a hydrothermal process. X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) images showed that the products gradually became pure and the dispersity was good with the pH increasing. And the products had a good crystallinity and the particles were well-distributed. Pumped with 980nm laser diode, the peak of the emission spectrum located at 540nm, which corresponded to 5S2→5I8 of Ho3+, and the up-conversion mechanism of the Yb-Tm-Ho was also given in this paper. The little size of Ho, Tm:BaYbF5 up-conversion nanoparticles had potential applications in the biological field as lu-minescence labeling probes.
