摘要
以苏州工业园区职业技术学院实习生管理为例,在实践中发现边际效应同样存在于实习生管理过程当中。实习前的边际效应表现为学生选择进入一个企业实习存在一定的盲目性,攀比、挑剔等情绪在不断增长,这就需要对实习流程细节进行调整。由于企业对于高职院校实习生期望值相对较高,实习期相对较长,实习中的边际效应表现在实习待遇和管理以及实习生培训方面。实习后建立实习生数据库,调研学生在实习期遇到问题并进行反馈整改等措施。边际效应要求管理者不能一成不变,必须根据新的要求及时调整和创新管理制度。
It is found in practice that marginal effect exists in the trainee management process of Suzhou Industrial Park Technical Col-lege. The marginal effect before a practical training period presents when students are blind, unrealistic and picky in choosing practice en-terprises, which requires an adjustment of process details. As the enterprises keep high expectations for trainees and the internships are relatively long, the marginal effect appears in terms of remuneration, management and skill training. After the period, IVT used to establish databases to research on the problems for students in the internship and then feed back the rectification measure. The institute shall timely adjust and innovate the current management system in light of the marginal effect.
