摘要 英汉两种语言存在诸多差异,翻译时务必考虑各自的特点,但中学生做翻译练习时往往机械地将原文转换成译文。文章探讨翻译技巧应用于高中英语课堂教学的有效性。教学实践证明,翻译技巧灵活地运用于高中英语课堂教学,有助于学生显著地提高翻译能力。 As there are many differences between English and Chinese, we must consider their respective characteristics while doing translation. But high school students in China tend to translate sentences in the source language into those in the target language in a dead or mechanical way. The author discusses and proves the feasibility of flexible application of translation techniques to the teaching of English in high school, by conducting a teaching experiment and analyzing its results.
