摘要
目的研究定喘止哮颗粒对支气管哮喘动物模型呼吸曲线及血液中嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)含量的影响。方法通过10%卵蛋白肌肉注射、超声雾化吸入致敏建立支气管哮喘大鼠模型。4周后,分别为对照组,模型组,阳性对照药氨茶碱0.025g/kg组,定喘止哮颗粒4、2、1g/kg三个剂量组。观察各组动物呼吸曲线变化,及血液中嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)的含量变化情况。结果哮喘模型豚鼠的呼吸频率明显加快,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01),定喘止哮颗粒4g/kg剂量组能明显抑制豚鼠的加快的呼吸频率(P<0.05);定喘止哮颗粒4g/kg剂量组能显著降低血液中的EOS量(P<0.05)。结论定喘止哮颗粒可以缓解哮喘引起的呼吸急促、频率加快;显著降低血液中的EOS量,从而达到减轻哮喘气道炎症的作用。
Objective To investigate the Anti-Asthma Granule on bronchial asthma animal model of respiration curve and levels of eosinophils( EOS) in the blood.Methods Through muscle injection,10% egg protein ultrasonic atomization inhalation sensitization to establish the rat model with bronchial asthma. After 4 weeks,respectively as the control group,model group,positive control medicine aminophylline group 0. 025 g /kg,Anti- Asthma Granule 4,2,1g /kg three dose groups. Observe each animal respiration curve changes,and eosinophils( EOS) in the blood content changes. Results Asthma model of guinea pig breathing rate significantly faster. Compared with the control group with significant difference( P〈0. 01),Anti-Asthma Granule 4g /kg dose group can obviously inhibit the speeding up of the guinea pig respiratory frequency( P〈0. 05); Anti-Asthma Granule 4 g /kg dose group can significantly reduce the amount of EOS in the blood( P〈0. 05); Anti-asthma check xiao granule 4g /kg dose group can significantly reduce the amount of EOS in the blood( P〈0. 05). Conclusion The Anti-Asthma Granule can relieve asthma caused by shortness of breath,frequency,speed up; Significantly reduce the amount of EOS in the blood,So as to relieve asthma airway inflammation.
