摘要
目的了解在校医学生的社会适应能力的基本状况,并探索社会适应性与压力应对的相关性及其影响因素,为医学院校的人才培养提供理论依据。方法采取分层整群抽样的方法选取在校医学生294名,采用社会适应能力诊断问卷和压力应对方式问卷进行测试。结果不同群体医学生的社会适应能力及压力应对能力存在显著差异,并且医学生的社会适应性与压力应对能力呈正相关关系(r=0.312,P<0.01)。参加心理学课程和社会实践能提高医学生的社会适应能力。结论医学院校在培养医学生的过程中应注重心理学课程的安排,合理引导设计医学生的社会实践环节,加强对医学生职业道德教育与艰苦奋斗精神的培养。
Objective To understand the social adaptability situation of medical undergraduates,explore the correlation between the adaptability and its stress coping as well as its influencing factors,so as to provide theory basis for personnel training in medical schools. Methods Using cluster sampling method,294medical students were selected and tested by employing questionnaires on social adaptiveness and pressure coping. Results The adaptation to society among students came from different social groups was significantly different,and showed a positive correlation between social adaptability and stress coping capacity(r=0.312,P〈0.01).Participating in the course of psychology and social activities could raise their social adaptation. Conclusion The attention of arrangement of psychology course should be paid at medical schools in training students,reasonably guiding and designing their social practice,and cultivating their professional ethics and hard-working spirit.
