摘要
针对市中心的公共建筑,强调建筑环境与人文环境的统一与和谐,以"人本、自然、融合、科技、环保、经济"为中心原则,合理开发利用地下空间,节约用地。室内环境以各室内大型共享空间为节点,配建园林式绿色生态空间。立面设计中注重红星美凯龙家居广场的商业标识性与两侧办公造型风格的协调,追求韵律与节奏的变化,利用外凸、内收、颜色构成,建筑空间形态富于变化,与城市环境达到和谐共生。
This article mainly concerns about public buildings in downtown area, emphasizing unity and harmony of building environment end human environment, taking ＂people-orientation, nature, integration, technology, environmental protection end economy＂ as the core principles, end aiming at rational development end utilization of underground space end lend conservation. Indoor environment takes each large shared space as node with garden-style green ecological space. The ~ design focuses on the coordination of the commercial logo and the office style of Red-star Macalline Home Furniture Plaz^L The whole building is full of changes in rhythm end appearance by making use of the convex end concave structure end the color, end thus has co-existed harmoniously with the urban environment.
