摘要
通过调查公共图书馆的功能构成及市民对图书馆的利用意愿,从图书馆利用需求和馆内设施供给平衡的角度分析图书馆功能构成;并与国外图书馆功能设置及演变进行比较,指出我国公共图书馆功能构成所处的状况及存在问题。最后就公共图书馆功能设置提出建议。
The aim of thispaper is to study the utilization'sstatusand function'ssetup of publiclibraries.Firstly,the function structuresof publiclibrariesand the willingof citizenforusinglibrariesare investigated,and fromthe viewof the equilibrium of re-quirementsand supplies,the functionstructuresof publiclibrariesare analyzed.Second the functionstructuresand evolutionof domesticpubliclibrariesare comparedwithof the foreign.Finally,the statusand existing problemsof domesticpubliclibraries' functionstructuresare pointed,and the suggestionsof the publiclibraries'functionsetupare given.
