镍基高温合金上含La_2O_3质点的NiAl型复合涂层的氧化行为 被引量:2

OXIDATION BEHAVIOUR OF A COMPOSITE NiAl-TYPE COATING CONTAINING La_2O_3 ON Ni-BASE SUPERALLOY

摘要 含La_2O_3的NiAl型复合涂层是用复合电沉积和随后的渗铝工艺制备的。本文重点研究了其在1100℃下的氧化行为。涂层的氧化动力学曲线和氧化膜形貌的观察等表明,La_2O_3极大改善了氧化膜的质量和粘附性等,使涂层的氧化速率显著降低,氧化膜的抗剥落能力明显增强。EPMA分析表明,Ni-La_2O_3在涂层/基体界面附近形成富集层,在氧化过程中,它具有阻碍涂层退化的作用。文中还探讨了La_2O_3改善涂层的抗氧化性能的机制。 A composite NiAl-type coating containing La_2O_3 was prepared by composite electrodeposition with subsequent aluminizing. The oxidation behaviour of such a coating at 1100℃ was studied. The oxidation kinetics of the coatings and the morphology of the scale indicated that,the oxidation rates of the coatings were reduced greatly and the spallation resistance of the scale was improved markedly because the additive La_2O_3 improved the quality and adherence of the scale effectively. The results of EPM analysis showed that,the dispersing of La_2O_3 in Ni-La_2O_3 layer accumulated and formed a La_2O_3-rich layer in the vicinity of the coating/substrate interface just after aluminizing, which could inhibit the degradation of the coatings oxidized. In the meantime, the mechanism by which La_2O_3 increased the oxidation resistance of the coationgs was discussed.
