摘要
采用计算机数值模拟软件Fluent6.3.26,对障碍物对吹吸式通风系统流场的回流区以及捕集效率的影响进行了分析。研究表明,回流区随着障碍物迎风面面积的增加而增加,并得出回流区长度与迎风面面积的关系式;当障碍物长、宽或高小于吹风口宽度的1.3倍时,障碍物对吹吸式通风系统的捕集效率影响不大,吹吸流场仍具有良好的控制能力。研究结果为吹吸式通风系统中污染源的放置以及操作工人的位置提供了参考依据。
The effects of obstacles on rccirculation region and system capture effciency of push- putt ventilation system are simulated by using Fluent6.3.26. The research shows that the size of the recirculation region increases as the obstacle wind- ward area increases, and the relations between the reclrculation region and obstacle windward area are obtained. When the length, width or height of obstacle is less than I. 3 times of the width of push hood, there is no significant impact on the sys- tem capture effciency. This result provides references for the design of the placement of contaminant sources and the position of operators.
