摘要
介绍电调制非分光红外(NDIR)传感器信噪比改善方法。以煤中微量元素的测试为基础,研究了采用NDIR传感器在测量其中元素所对应的气体浓度中存在的以下问题:光源稳定性对分析结果的影响、温度对试验结果的影响、气室噪声对试验结果的影响以及后期微弱信号处理过程中滤波方法对试验结果的影响等问题,探讨了这些问题可能存在的原因,并有针对性地进行了相应的设计改进和方法优化,使整个测试系统的信噪比有较大提高。
Introduce method for SNR improvement of electrically modulated non-dispersive infrared (NDIR) sensor . Based on test of trace elements in coal, there are some problems such as while using NDIR sensor to measure element corresponding to gas concentration, effect of light source stability on analysis results, effect of temperature on test results, influence of gas chamber noise on test results and influence of filtering method in process of post weak signal processing on test results and other issues, discuss reasons for these problems may exist, and make pointed design improvements and optimization of method are carried out, and SNR of the entire test system is improved greatly.
