摘要
本文主要介绍了临证中医处方用药的心得体会。中医处方讲究君臣佐使,体现中医理法特色,辨证论治是其灵魂。药味精炼、药量适中、配伍严谨、药到病除,是中医处方用药之要旨。
This paper mainly introduces the clinical experiences of making prescriptions and using drugs of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The prescriptions of TCM attach importance on sovereign, minister, assistant and guide, which shows the characteristics of TCM’s theory and methods. Treatment based on syndrome differentiation was the soul of TCM. The principles of prescriptions of TCM are refined drugs, moderate doses, strict compatibility and high effect.
