摘要
目的:探索"校企政"三方新型合作模式,促进学校和企业协作的广度、深度,以达到双赢的目的。方法:以高校实训基地为主要载体,成立连云港市药物研发共性技术中心,从建设背景、建设目标、功能发挥等方面进行探索实践,将"校企政"各方资源进行有效整合利用。结果:成立的连云港市药物研发共性技术中心可满足校企合作的需要,促进职业院校实训基地的建设,提升教师的教学及科研水平,增强企业的研发能力,对校企双方的发展均具有较强的助推作用。结论:以"校企政"三方合作建设药物研发共性技术中心是可行的,并为校企深度合作提供了载体。
OBJECTIVE： To explore the new cooperative mode under the college-enterprise-government collaboration, and to enhance the depth and breadth of college-enterprise cooperation for mutual benefits. METHODS ： Using training bases in the colleges as the main carrier, Lianyungang common technological center for drug research and development （R＆D） was established. The center was analyzed and explored in respects of back ground, purpose, function and so on; the resources of college, enterprise and government were integrated effectively. RESULTS： The center could meet the demand of school-enterprise collaboration, promote the development of vocational college training base, improve the level of teaching and research, enhance the R＆D capability of enterprise and boost the development of the university and the enterprise. CONCLUSIONS： It is feasible to establish common technological center for drug R＆D under the college-enterprise-government collaboration, which can provide further school-enterprise collaboration carrier.
