摘要 淋巴管是人类癌症发生转移的重要途径,作者通过对VEGF-C(VEGF-D)/VEGFR-3信号系统的研究和综述,讨论了该信号系统是调控肿瘤淋巴管生成的重要调控因子以及阻断该信号轴。 The lymphatic vasculature is an important route for the metastatic spread of human cancer. In this review, we discuss the evidence supporting a role for VEGF- C( VEGF -D)/VEGFR- 3 signalling system in the spread of cancer and potential approaches for blocking this system to prevent tumour metastasis.
