摘要
Nesfatin-1是一种厌食调节肽,在中枢和外周广泛表达。近年研究显示nesfatin-1在消化、内分泌、精神等多系统中发挥重要作用,但其作用机制尚未完全明确。本文就nesfatin-1的研究进展作一综述。
Nesfatin-1 is an anorectic neuropeptide, which is widely existed in central and peripheral systems. Recently, studies have shown that nesfatin-1 played an important role in the digestive, endocrine and psychiatric systems, however, the mechanisms have not yet been fully understood. This article reviewed the advances in studies on nesfatin-1.
