摘要
[目的]观察针灸腰段华佗夹脊穴治疗腰椎间盘突出症术后复发疗效。[方法]使用前瞻性设计方法,对45例门诊患者针灸腰段华佗夹脊穴。取穴:第一腰椎至第五腰椎棘突下旁开0.5∽1寸双侧腰华佗夹脊穴(共10个穴位)为主穴,根据病情配合其他穴位,如环跳、殷门、委中、阳陵泉、足三里、悬钟、太冲、合谷等穴位。针法:穴位皮肤常规消毒,使用直径0.35mm×60mm一次性针灸针垂直快速进针,针刺深度因患者胖瘦不同而定,平均针刺深度约50mm。其余穴位常规针法操作,针刺后留针。灸法:选取4∽6个腰华佗夹脊穴予以灸法,将直径约1.8cm纯艾条截成长约3cm艾柱,患者腰部有温热感为佳,15min/柱。1次/d,连续治疗5d为1疗程,间隔2d进行下1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。治疗3疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治愈24例,有效20例,无效1例,总有效率97.80%。[结论]针灸腰段华佗夹脊穴治疗腰椎间盘突出症术后复发,疗效满意,无副作用,值得推广。
[ Objective ] To observe lumbar Jiaji Points with acupuncture and moxibustion treatment efficacy of lumbar disc herniation postoperative recurrence. E Methods ] Using a prospective design method, acupuncture and Moxibustion lumbar Jiaji Points for 45 outpatients. Acupoints : from the first to the fifth lumbar spinous open 0.5 to 1 inch Jiaji Points ( total 10 points ) as the main points, then according to the condition selection other acupoints, such as the Huantiao, Yinmen, Veizhong, Yanglingquan, Zusanli, Taichong, hegu etc. Acupuncture:acupoint skin disinfection routinely, using 0.35mm * 60ram diameter disposable acupuncture needles vertical rapidly penetrate the skin, needle depth due to different patients, an average acupuncture depth about 50mm. The remaining acupoints operation routinely.Moxibustion:Select four to six lumbar Jiaji Points to be moxibnstion, patient waist warm feeling better. 1 times / d, 5d is a continuous course of treatment, interval 2d to next course treatment. Observing clinical symptoms, adverse reactions. Treatment of 3 courses, to determine efficacy. [ Results ] 24 cases cured, 20 cases effective, one case ineffective, the total efficiency of 97.8%. [ Conclusion ] Lumbar Jiaji Points acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of lumbar disc herniation postoperative recurrence, results were satisfactory, no side effects, it is worth promoting.
