摘要
[目的]观察辨证分型联合西药治疗脑梗塞疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将88例门诊患者按抽签法分为两组。对照组44例常规西医药物治疗配合运动疗法及生活康复训练;病情严重加125mL20%甘露醇,1次/7h,静滴;阿司匹林,75mg/次,晚饭后30min口服;根据恢复情况,适当运动及康复训练。治疗组44例①阴虚风动,活血通络方(芍药12g,桔梗5g,红花、麦冬各10g,远志12g,玄参15g,桃仁12g,生地15g,巴戟天10g,五味子12g,甘草6g);②气虚血瘀,化瘀通络方(黄芪25g,赤芍12g,红花10g,桃仁12g,丹参15g,当归10g,川芎12g,甘草6g,菖蒲8g,地龙7g);③痰热腑实,通腹泄热方(生大黄10g,胆星8g,桃仁12g,桔梗5g,红花10g,郁金12g,瓜篓15g,芒硝8g,厚朴15g,丹参25g,甘草6g);均1剂/d,水煎200mL,早晚口服;西医治疗同对照组。连续治疗90d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈29例,显效7例,有效6例,无效2例,总有效率95.45%。对照组痊愈19例,显效12例,有效4例,无效9例,总有效率79.54%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]辨证分型联合西医治疗脑梗塞效果显著,值得推广。
[ Objective ] To observe the dialectical therapy combined with Western medicine treatment of cerebral infarction efficacy. [ Methods ] Random parallel control method, 88 cases outpatient divided into two groups according to the draw method. The control group 44 cases of conventional Western medicine therapy combined with exercise therapy and lifestyle rehabilitation. Treatment group 44 cases （1） Yin wind, Huoxuetongluo （Shaoyao 12g, Jiegen 5g, Honghua, Maidong each 10g, Yuanzhi 12g, Xuanshen 15g, Taoren 12g, Shengdi 15g, Bajitian 10g, Wuweizi 12g, Gancao 6g） ; （2） qi and Blood circulation meridians party （Huangqi 25g, Chishao 12g, Honghua 10g, Taoren 12g, Danshen 15g, Dangui 10g, Chuanxiong 12g, Gancao 6g, Changpu 8g, Dilong 7g）; （3）phlegm organs fact, through the abdomen Xiere party （Shengdahuang 10g, Danxing 8g, Taoren 12g, Jiegen 5g, Honghua 10g, Yujin 12g, Gualou 15g, Mangxiao 8g, Houbu 15g, Danshen 25g, Gancao 6g） ;these herbs are a / d, decoction 200mL, sooner or later, oral;Western medicine with the control group. 90d is a continuous course of treatment. Observing clinical symptoms of adverse reactions. A course of treatment to determine efficacy. [ Results ] The cure 29 cases, 7 cases were markedly effective in 6 cases, 2 cases, the total efficiency of 95.45%. Cured 19 cases in the control group, 12 cases markedly effective in 4 cases, 9 cases, the total efficiency of 79.54%. Treatment group than the control group （P〈0.05） . [ Conclusion ] Dialectical therapy combined with Western medicine treatment of cerebral infarction, the effect is significant, it is worth promoting.
