摘要 2.3水稻抗除草剂基因转化抗除草剂基因转化主要采用基因枪法和农杆菌介导法,实现对草丁膦、草甘膦等除草剂的抗性。抗除草剂基因转入水稻后,不但可以获得抗除草剂水稻品种,成功解决直播稻的化学除草问题;也可以作为一个遗传标记导入杂交稻组合,解决杂交稻制种纯度问题。
