摘要
20世纪20年代中国共产党成立是中国历史上一件开天辟地的大事,《政党与政治发展》认为政党主要有三种危机:合法性危机、参与危机与整合危机。据此文章认为19世纪末20世纪初的民主主义、民族主义的发展、新政治力量诞生和北洋政府政权合法性的丧失是中国共产党建立的起点。
The founding of the Communist Party of China（1920s） was a big event in the history of China. It is argued in “Political Parties and Political Development” that political parties have three types of crisis：legitimateness, participation, and integration. It is concluded in this paper that the starting point of the foundation of CPC includes the democratism of the early 1920s,the development of nationalism, new political power and Beiyang Government＇ s failure.
