摘要
基于WTO/SPS协定的中国食品安全体系现状及其建设为研究对象,通过分析WTO/SPS协定中食品安全相关内容对中国农产品贸易的影响,以美、日为代表的发达国家食品安全体系及保障措施,以及对中国的借鉴意义等进行梳理,提出如何在WTO/SPS协定原则指导下构建我国的食品安全体系,以进一步发展我国的农业生产,保护人民群众的身体健康,使我国在国际农产品交易中受益。
Aimed to propose some suggestions on the status quo. Through a thorough research on WTO rules and SPS Measures concerning food security, their influence on China's agricultural trade, the food security systems of USA and Japan as well as their significance for China, ways for the construction of China's food security system based on the principles of WTO and SPS were analyzed in order to develop China's agriculture, protect people's health and make China benefit from the international agricultural trade.
