摘要
探索人才培养目标实现的有效途径,保证教学各环节与培养目标的高度对接与协调,是关系到高校教学质量的重大问题。将工程技术中"Top-down"思维方式运用于教育领域,结合应用型本科金融学专业的教学实践,并以能力为主线,逐级分解学校、专业和课程三层目标体系,最终实现每一课程与培养目标的高度耦合。对此,应尽快转变思维方式,保证各教学环节协同运作,并改革课程或专业的评价标准。
Exploring an effective approach of implementing the training goal and ensuring a high degree of joining the teaching and training goal are the major issue that relates to the quality of higher education. This paper attempted to apply "Top-down" mode of thinking in engineering technology to the field of education, combined with the actual situation of the finance major in applied undergraduate colleges and universities, and referenced CDIO concept. Authors tried to use the ability as routine, decomposed three target systems of college, specialty and courses step by step, and coupled ultimately each course with training objectives. In order to do this, it should be that to change the way of thinking, to ensure the teaching of collaborative operation, and to reform the evaluation standard for courses or specialty.
