摘要
泛在学习是指任何人可在任何时间、任何地方学习,可以通过一定的方式和渠道获取任何所需学习内容,并以任何方式开展学习。在联合国教科文组织等的推动下,学习型社会建设在世界各国普遍开展,泛在学习发展迅速,成为全民终身学习的重要形式。根据上海建设"人人皆学、时时能学、处处可学"学习型城市的要求,上海开放大学正在全力打造一所"新型大学",即既是开放远程教育大学实体,又是全体市民终身学习的服务平台。目前,学校正积极扩大教育服务群体、促进资源开放共享、优化学习网络环境、强化教育质量保证、完善学习支持服务和推进学习成果认证与转换,为促进上海市民泛在学习作出不懈努力。随着经济社会和现代信息技术的发展,泛在学习日益呈现需求多样化、方式个性化、时间碎片化以及场所无形化等特点。为此,上海开放大学将努力促进工作场所学习和生活场所学习,实现知识学习和实践应用的良好结合,把大学办在社会之中,包括:努力汇聚高校、企业和政府等各方面的优质学习资源,让全体市民共享;开展基于大数据技术的学习行为分析研究,促进学习模式的创新;继续发挥远程与开放学习姊妹大学网络的作用;促进教育技术新成果和优质资源共享;增进在远程开放教育领域的国际交流与合作;推动数字化学习的发展。
Ubiquitous learning refers to a learning style in which anyone can learn anytime and anywhere, have a certain access to whatever learning resources he needs, and use them in any way. In the promotion of UNESCO and other international organizations, the construction of a learning society has been carried out all over the world, and u-biquitous learning has developed rapidly as being an important form of lifelong learning. According to the Shanghai government's requirements of constructing a learning society where anyone can learn at any time and from anywhere, Shanghai Open University ( SOU) is not only a university entity of open and distance education, but also a service system for citizens' lifelong learning. So far, SOU has expanded the targets of education-al services, promoted the open sharing of learning resources, optimized the network environment of ubiquitous learn-ing, strengthened the quality assurance of open education, provided convenient and high quality support services and established a credits validation and transfer platform, to promote the ubiquitous learning of the citizens. With the development of economy, society and information technology, ubiquitous learning is increasingly show-ing the characteristics of personalization of needs, fragmentation of time, and"invisibility" of spaces. SOU will make efforts in promoting learning both at workplaces and living places to achieve a good combination of knowledge acquisi-tion and practical application. These efforts seek to integrate the university provision in the society, in converging qual-ity learning resources from all aspects such as the universities, enterprises and government departments, shared by all the citizens, and in conducting learning behavior analytics research based on big data technologies, and promoting application of wearable technology in learning so as to boost innovation of the learning model.
